Fair use

OhPlayer plans are priced on stored source video and AI, with playback included and no traffic limit. This page explains what is not allowed and how we handle abuse.

Priced on storage, never on views

Plans are priced on stored source video and AI. Playback is included: it is not billed per view, there is no bandwidth overage or traffic limit, and a video that takes off does not change your bill.

What normal use looks like

Normal business use is exactly what the service is for: demos, testimonials, onboarding and sales videos, watched by your team, customers and prospects. Pages with real traffic are expected and fine.

What fair use does not cover

How we enforce it

There is no traffic threshold: accounts are never reviewed, paused or charged for how much is streamed. We act only on the patterns listed above. If an account uses the service that way, we contact you first where we can, and we may suspend it for serious or repeated abuse. Public players also pause when a subscription ends (plus a 3-day grace) or when we disable a video. We never send a bandwidth bill.

Prohibited content

Fair use covers how much you use the service, not what you host. Pornography, abuse, content promoting suicide or self-harm, and other harmful or illegal video are never allowed, and accounts that upload them are terminated immediately without warning. The full list is in the Terms, section 6.

Pricing changes

Pricing never changes silently mid-cycle. If a different arrangement is needed, we agree it in writing before anything changes.
